This quarter, we’re proud to spotlight Abby Cravens, Director of Marketing Strategy & Enablement, whose creativity, ownership, and commitment to collaboration have made a meaningful impact across WhiteCap Search.
Making an Impact from Day One
Since joining WhiteCap Search, Abby has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing her marketing experience, fresh perspective, and willingness to take on new challenges to every project she supports.
In just 10 months, she has played a key role in several major initiatives, including the launch of the new WhiteCap website, marketing efforts, and the successful rollout of our new ATS system and training initiatives. Her ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and bring ideas to life has helped strengthen the support we provide to our sales and recruiting teams.
Her manager, Chelsea Eller, VP of Technology and Marketing Operations, shared:

For Abby, joining WhiteCap Search has been an opportunity to apply her previous experience in a new way while continuing to learn and grow alongside an incredible team.
“I’m so appreciative to be highlighted this quarter! I’m incredibly grateful that WhiteCap took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to bring my previous experience into a role where I now get to support our sales and recruiting teams behind the scenes so they can focus on what they do best.
